As diamonds are added and removed during the update process, data integrity issues are occasionally encountered resulting in inaccurate information as it relates to pricing and/or availability of stones. We reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information that may appear and, at our discretion, will cancel your order or offer you an option to select a diamond of equal or greater value.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

All deliveries will be made to your address specified in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of the order separately. If we are unable to deliver the products to the address you have specified for any reason, we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to re-ship your products, you will need to authorize us to charge your credit / debit card for such re-delivery. If we are unable to contact you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to you, less any delivery charges we have already incurred.
A signature will be required to receive your order and you will be responsible for the products you receive as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products will pass to you after we have received payment in full.
If you decide to send your order to an address other than your own, a signature will still be required and the general delivery conditions will remain unchanged.
