Return Policy
Lara Business Energy SRL will offer a full refund or exchange if you receive your defective garment or are unsatisfied with an item you received under the following conditions :
If any item in your order turns out to be defective, please return the items to Lara Business Energy SRL with a copy of the delivery note, call the Lara Business Energy SRL customer expert team to obtain a return number and also indicate whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange.
Our promise to replace the item or refund does not apply to defects or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
If you change your mind , you can return any product to Lara Business Energy SRL, unopened and in perfect condition, within 30 days of receiving the delivery:
For online orders, a refund can be requested within 30 days.
A change can only be requested for purchases made in our showrooms within 15 days of purchase.
Contact the customer relations team of Lara Business Energy SRL to obtain a return number, please include the reason the product was returned and indicate whether you would like a refund (excluding the initial delivery fee) or an exchange.
Except for faulty or unsuitable goods, where your legal rights are not affected, goods made to customer specifications cannot be returned.

Order cancellation
To cancel an order, email us at office@larawear.ro within 48 hours and our team will cancel and refund the original payment method for you. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that include custom clothing or engraving items as they have already been processed. If we cannot deliver the order within the standard delivery times, you have the right to cancel the order without penalty . If you cancel the contract, we will refund the price you paid for goods, it will not include the delivery fee if you canceled after the order was shipped, also not a service provided by us, such as special delivery service. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means that the goods must be unused.
Delivery address
All deliveries will be made to your address specified in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of the order separately. If we are unable to deliver the products to the address you have specified for any reason, we will notify you and store the products. If you would like us to re- ship your products, you will need to authorize us to charge your credit/debit card for such re-delivery. If we are unable to contact you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to you, less any delivery costs we have already incurred.
A signature will be required to receive your order and you will be responsible for the products you receive as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products will pass to you after we have received payment in full.
If you decide to send your order to an address other than your own, a signature will still be required and the general delivery conditions will remain unchanged.
