CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
To cancel an order, email us at office@larawear.ro within 48 hours and our team will cancel and refund the original payment method for you. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that include products customized or modified, because they are already processed. If we cannot deliver the order within the standard delivery times, you have the right to cancel the order without penalty. If you cancel your order, we will refund the price you paid for the goods. It will not include the delivery fee if you canceled the order after the products have been shipped, regardless of whether you opted for express delivery. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means that the goods must be unused.
